We have completed more than fifty buildings, along with corporate, retail, restaurant, institutional and residential interiors and the architectural works that go with them.
Design and construction sit in the same office. That is what lets cost, programme and finish quality be decided deliberately and early, on paper, instead of being discovered late on site.

How an appointment runs
Taking instructions from the client, the practice renders the following services in sequence.

Site evaluation
A site evaluation and analysis report setting out the basic approach to circulation, activity distribution and external linkages.

Concept design
Conceptual designs against the brief, with approximate cost estimates calculated on an area basis.
- 03
Design development
The concept is modified to take in required changes, and preliminary drawings are prepared for the client's approval.
- 04
Statutory submissions
Drawings prepared for submission to the statutory bodies for sanction, with assistance and advice on the formalities.

Working drawings
Working drawings, specifications and schedules of quantities, sufficient to prepare estimates of cost.
- 06
Site supervision
Periodic supervision to clarify any interpretation of the drawings, attendance at meetings, and confirmation that the project proceeds in accordance with the contract.

Structure, envelope, stone, waterproofing and fit-out from recent and current sites.
